Red dry wine, dark red in colour (dark mauve) produced from the international variety Cabernet Sauvignon. Classic red vinification. The juice remains with the grapes for eight days and in this way it acquires colour, aroma and tannins.
It is fermented at a stable temperature of 20oC. After staying in selected oak barrels for more than twelve months, it is bottled and you can enjoy it at 18oC.
It can accompany red meat, game and spicy sauces.
