White dry wine. Clear gold and yellow in colour with a rich aroma of tropical fruit. It is made from the varieties Thrapsathiri and Chardonnay.
Their harvest, which takes place at the begin of August, is subject to classic white vinification. It is fermented at 17oC.
It matures in French oak barrels for five months. It can accompany white meat as well as red with light sauces, fish, shellfish and mild cheese.
